At AirAcro, we have two Welfare Officers that and play a key role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for everyone at AirAcro. Justine and Dawn are trusted point of contact for students, parents, and staff. They are both appointed to listen with care and confidentiality, promoting positive physical and mental health, whilst working closely with the team to maintain high safeguarding standards. With their support, we want to ensure AirAcro is a place where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
